We believe good leadership is not rocket science – but it does require regular attention. The Ideas for Leaders Sustainable Leadership Community allows managers at all levels to have regular sessions to share and explore leadership thinking. Sessions are led by recognized thought-leaders with participants then sharing, exploring and discussing the concepts in small groups of peers from different sectors.
The Sustainable Leadership Community is primarily aimed at mid-level to senior leaders. Community members receive a print issue of Developing Leaders Quarterly four times a year, delivered to an address of their choice; and can attend a 90-minute online session every month. Membership also includes access to premium Ideas for Leaders online content, discounts on our books and courses and invitations to other selected events.
